Choline Bitartrate is choline combined with salt of tartaric acid. When combined with salt of tartaric it has a much better absorption rate than just choline alone. Choline is created naturally in the liver but only in small amounts so proper supplementation is necessary. Choline is also a pre cursor for acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter responsible for linking your brain with muscle control and muscle memory. This is an essential part of exercise because your muscles know exactly how to react when called upon. We wanted to include this useful supplement in our pre workout because of its wide range of uses and benefits in and out of the gym.
The start of any great workout session can be quickly halted by muscle fatigue. The type of muscle fatigue that we all know very well and hate. Citrulline malate is an essential amino acid that the body needs in order to fight that muscle fatigue in intense workouts. Not only does citulline malate fight muscle fatigue but it also triggers protein synthesis, creatine synthesis, and BCAA utilization by muscles during intense exercise. Citrulline malate also increases Nitric oxide levels so with our properly dosed pre workout you will really be feeling those skin shredding pumps!
Creatine in pre workout? You might have seen it in other pre workouts but next time check the nutritional label and see exactly how much is in there. We utilize a full serving of creatine HCL at 1.5G per serving. Creatine HCL is much more easily absorbed by the body than any other form of creatine. It takes much less to get the same or even better results than standard creatine monohydrate. Also smaller portions means a lot easier on the stomach. Creatine is one of the best supplements to take if you’re body building, power lifting, or just normal exercising. It is the worlds most studied supplement for strength and conditioning training.
If you’ve ever taken any decent pre workout before then you have probably felt a slight tingling sensation. Of course this tingling sensation is temporary and a harmless side effect of the beta alanine. Beta alanine is one of the best ingredients used by top athletes across the world. It increases carnosine levels in the body which results in better endurance during intense exercise. More specifically when you are trying to grind out those last few reps of your set you will be able to much easier. We put a whopping 4G of beta alanine which is a little on the high side but once you use it you’ll never go back to anything less.
Also knowns as Trimethylglycine is an amino acid derived from beet root. It has many benefits but the most important benefit is probably that it is an osmolyte which means it regulates water balance in muscle cells. Basically it provides proper hydration/ oxygen to muscles during exercise. Blood flow is extremely important to building muscle so more oxygen the muscle can get the opportunity for muscle growth there is. It has many other benefits including improved cardiovascular health and supports a healthy digestive system.
BCAA (branched chain amino acids) are the building blocks of protein. In order for your body to grow and rebuild muscle you need these amino acids. There are nine essential amino acids but there are three that are extremely important. These three are L-leucine, L-isoleucine, and L-valine. L-leucine is the most important of those three during exercise. L-leucine is what jumpstarts protein synthesis and also helps fight muscle fatigue during workouts. We put a full serving of BCAA in our pre workout so you get the most out of your training.
L-taurine is an amino acid that is one of the most abundant amino acids in the muscle. Taurine could increase muscle mass, muscle strength, and overall power if supplemented correctly. L-taurine also speeds up recovery time between workouts. L-taurine acts almost exactly like creatine in a way that it allows muscle cells to expand and retain more water which means increasing cell volumization and overall stamina during intense workouts.
Nitrosogine is a patented complex of arginine and silicon. Along with our 7G of citrulline malate, Nitrosigine works perfect to achieve those crazy muscle pumps. Sure Nitrosigine can produce some massive pumps in the gym but there are also many other benefits. It also has great effects non mental focus and mental acuity. Nitrosigine provides some energy boost also by promoting increased blood flow to the muscles.
L-Theanine is an amino acid naturally found in green tea. Most studies show that L-theanine is used to de-stress the body. Most of it’s nootropic effects come from relaxing neurotransmitter GABA and also inhibiting excitatory stimuli at glutamine receptors in the brain. Okay that’s enough 25 cent words lets put this into perspective with our pre workout. Our pre workout contains caffeine (like most) which excites us and gets us up and going, but sometimes caffeine can also cause people to have jitters or even a crash after a while or if taking too much caffeine. L-theanine reduces those jitters and crash immensely. By consuming more L-theaine than caffeine it will leave just a nice steady and clean energy feeling with no jitters or crash during your workout.
Caffeine is one of the most important part of any pre workout. It is one of the fastest absorbed ingredients, only taking 15-20 minutes to fully kick in. It gets you jump started to tackle the gym each and every day. We use 275mg of caffeine anhydrous in our pre workout which is great for people that are sensitive to stimulants and also great for people that can handle stimulants. You might see other pre workouts on the market with higher caffeine content but they usually lack many of the other very important ingredients. Always check the labels because if it’s just stimulants in your pre workout then you need to with to WILD CARD.
L-norvaline is a derivative of the BCAA valine, it has been researched to show that it is an Arginase inhibitor. Arginase is an enzyme in the body that degrades arginine. Arginine is what generates nitric oxide, increases blood flow to the muscles which directly results in the muscle pump during exercise. L-norvaline allows for greater and more consistent blood flow along with keeping those skin tearing pumps going for hours.
Bioperine is a patented extract obtained from black peeper fruits. One of the many benefits of Bioperine is that it increases nutrient absorption. This is one of the best ingredients for a packed pre workout because your body can utilize everything in it. Some other benefits of Bioperine include improved metabolism, improved memory, elevated serotonin levels, and also improved immune sytem.
